When your order is placed, you get an e-mail with your shipping details.
We ship with Bpost for Belgium
Belgium: 1-3 business days
We ship with POSTNL/DPD for The Netherlands
The Netherlands: 2-4 business days
We ship with DPD for EU
Rest of EU: 4-5 business days

We offer free shipping in belgium for order above 190 euros
Returns
If something did not work out, you can return your purchased items within 10 days counting from the day after you received your order.
Please note that you must notify us of this within 10 days so that we can process your return.
Send an e-mail to info@amilo.be and tell us which item you want returned.
If you decide to return something, please make sure that it is in perfect condition. Specifically, this means:
-clean (no deodorant, perfume, or makeup stains)
-unworn
-unwashed
Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be refunded and may be returned to you.
The return costs are paid by the customer. Buy a shipping label with a track and trace code from a courier service of your choice.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they’re packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way. Without proof of shipment with track & trace code, lost returns will not be refunded.
Items on sale will not be refunded.
